I really wanted this one to work out, but sadly it didn’t meet expectations. I own two TA3 swimsuits and the skirty cover-up, and I absolutely adore them—the quality is exceptional, and as someone with “challenging” proportions (big boobs, short torso, short legs), they’ve been a huge relief.

One of my ongoing struggles, though, is finding enough coverage for my bigger butt. I’ve never felt fully comfortable with the coverage of the other TA3 suits, so when I saw this style, I jumped on it right away. Getting the sizing right took a couple of tries, but eventually I nailed it.

Unfortunately, the first time I wore it to the pool, the shorts started riding up immediately—bunching at the tops of my thighs just from walking or stepping into the water. It looked and felt terrible, and I was so disappointed. Since I’d already worn it, I couldn’t return it. This suit might work better for someone with thinner thighs, but for me, it was a total miss.
