I reached out to customer service because I’m usually in between a Small and Medium, and I wanted to make sure I got the right fit. I always size up for their swimsuits, but for this style they recommended sizing down and they were right. I got this in small and It fits perfectly. I wore it to the office with high-waisted trousers and got compliments all day. I love that it works as both a top and a dress, and the belt adds such a polished touch. It’s one of those pieces that makes you feel confident without trying too hard.

I was sent this item for my honest review. When TA3 first advertised this I knew I would love it. I work in a professional setting at an office & I love TA3 for work. This makes me feel like a boss & look so professional. The shoulder pads are a really great touch & the structure of the dress is loose but fitted enough. You can wear it with the belt which in the photos is tied on the front. I prefer it tied on the back & TA3 also sells a corset belt to add which I think would look amazing too. The buttons are snap buttons with fabric so they are seamless. I got size XS which is definitely the right size for me. I would size down if you are in between sizes. The belt is very long so you can wrap it twice & tie. I wore it today with stockings & strappy heels but I also think it’d look great with some black trousers as well. The sleeves are a bit long on me which is normal for all blazers. The inside is a shiny nice material so rolling them up looks nice or you can put some hair ties on your arms & pull them up. I actually ended up using the safety pin that attached the tag to the dress to cover my chest a little bit because when I turned my bra was showing a bit. I don’t think adding another button would’ve made a difference, I just think that’s my shape. The material is thick like an expensive blazer & the cut is very flattering. I got so many compliments today when I came to work. Must have in your professional wardrobe.

I needed a look that was professional but fun. Instead of the fabric belt, I used my new Espresso Corset Belt (which I also ordered to match this dress!) right over the waist. This one accessory completely transformed the silhouette from slouchy to ultra-defined, making it feel like a completely new, high-fashion garment for the evening.
